Privacy policy

The law relating to data protection changed on 25th May 2018 when the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force.

We would like you to be informed about how we collect and handle your personal data. This includes your name, email address or social media identifiers, phone numbers. In other words, it covers any and all information about you that is capable of identifying you.

Under the GDPR we are considered ‘data controllers’ of your information. We are called ‘controllers’ because we make decisions about how your data is used – for example to prepare marketing materials – and we also ‘process’ your data when we carry out basic activities like storing, deleting and changing the information that we hold. We take our obligation to protect the information you give us very seriously, and we always take care when using and processing it.

We collect data from you via two means, one is via the sign up to our newsletter via our website  the other is through you providing your name and e-mail address when you enrolled in one of our activities, such as a class, workshop or retreat. In both instances, you opt-in to receive this information.

This information is stored on our mailchimp® account, which we use to send you information about our classes and events via email. It is not given to anyone else.

Our mailchimp® account stores only your name, e-mail address and, only with your explicit consent, phone number; it does not store any other information about you.

You have the right to opt out at any point using the unsubscribe button at the bottom of all emails and you also have the right to be forgotten at any point. If you unsubscribe, your information will be deleted from the mailchimp® account; however, if you would like to be deleted by other means, please contact us at
